NAMI Washington County offers the following free peer-to-peer support groups. Groups are led by trained facilitators who have personal experience living with a mental illness or caring for a family member with a mental illness.

Family Support Groups - Suspended
Family support groups provide ongoing support for families and friends of persons living with a mental illness.

We are looking for someone who lives in recovery from a mental illness, regardless of diagnosis, to facilitate a monthly or weekly 90-minute support group for those who experience symptoms of a mental health condition. You will be trained by NAMI Minnesota to follow a structured model.
